Why are there delays in receiving my order? We produce almost all your furniture to order (except those on the Quickship section). This saves us from having to keep large inventories which in turn, would mean higher prices. Are the deadlines reliable? We review our order list and delivery times every week. Except in exceptional circumstances, we always deliver within the window announced on our website. Otherwise, you will be notified by email as soon as possible. What happens if, on my order, there are products with different lead times? The longest delay will automatically take precedence. If you wish to receive your product as soon as possible, simply place two separate orders (2 delivery charges will apply if applicable). Is it possible that I receive my order before the announced date? It is possible that your order will be ready before the announced date. In this case, we will contact you and if you are unable to receive it, we will store it free of charge until the original scheduled date. What happens if I am not ready to receive my order on the scheduled date? We will store your order for 2 weeks free of charge after the scheduled date.
