    Nobody notices a chair. Unless it's uncomfortable, or really good-looking. We went with option two.

    Our kitchen and restaurant chairs are by Pedrali (Italy) and Resol (Spain), two European makers known for their design. In wood, upholstered or plastic, they suit a dining room as well as a café or restaurant. Many models stack to clear the room at closing.

    Your aunt's wobbly chair, though, we can't help with.

    Restaurant and café chairs

    Pedrali and Resol design their chairs for restaurants, cafés and hotels: sturdy frames, easy-to-clean finishes and many stackable models to clear the room at closing. Trade pricing available for multi-seat projects.

    Wood, upholstered or plastic?

    Wood: warm and timeless. Upholstered: more comfortable for long meals. Plastic: light, colourful and easy to clean, ideal for heavy use.

    Pairing chairs and tables

    Allow about 24 in. of width per chair and 10 to 12 in. between the seat and the underside of the table. Our chairs pair with our solid wood dining tables made in Montreal and our bistro tables.

    Are your chairs suitable for restaurants?

    Yes. Pedrali and Resol make commercial furniture; many models are stackable and built for heavy use.
