Why choose a round dining table?
A round table fits more people in less space than a rectangle, has no corners to bump into, and suits square rooms, breakfast nooks and open-concept condos. It's also the most sociable shape: nobody sits at the head of the table.
Round oak, walnut or birch
A round white oak table brings light into a smaller room. A round walnut table anchors a space and pairs well with lighter chairs. Yellow birch sits in between, with a warm, luminous grain. Our round models include the Cournot and the Olson XL, from 36" to 60" in diameter [à valider selon les formats offerts].
What size round table do you need?
As a guide, a 36" round table seats 2 to 3, a 42" seats 4, a 48" seats 4 to 5 and a 60" seats 6. Leave about 36 inches between the table edge and the walls.
